Mostly super light pellets just look at any of the places that sell air guns look at there advertised speeds for the guns they sell, then look at the gr pellets they use it is always the lightest pellet they can shoot!

I had a pistol that was supposed to shoot around 550 fps or something… Never got close with 9 grain pellets, they must test the velocities with super light pellets or special air… πŸ˜•

YMMV. πŸ˜‰

A 4.8gr pellet… Is there actually a pellet that light?

I guess they do…
Crosman High Velocity Super Sonic Pellets .177 Cal, 4.0 Grains, Hollowpoint, Lead-Free, 250ct…

Ok, now I don’t know “What seems like total BS here?”

1500 fps come on now what does Crosman think of it’s consumers.

I would imagine that Crosman could get something to fly out of thier gun
at 1,500FPS but it surely wouldn’t be anything I would use…..Evidentally
Crosman thinks thier customers are ignorant…. I am constantly amazed
at how well power sells but seems no one cares whether the thing will
actually hit what you’re aiming at past 10 yards… Heck I could kill almost
any small game with a rock with 40FPS at 10 yds …. IMHO Crosman makes cheap crap that kinda works…

expect 800 – 900 fps lead.

It will probably get a little higher velocity than that. Springers rated for “1000fps” usually get that velocity with medium weight pellets such as CPLs or 8.4g JSBs. I think it will get around 1000fps with medium weight pellets.

sounds even better.

been looking at this one.

.22 1100fps rated with lead free.

or

http://www.pyramydair.com/p/walther-falcon-airventuri-gasram-air-rifle.shtml that… it’s already been proven my rick on youtube that its a hard hitting very accurate rifle HMMMM which one to get..

marauder is too easy ;p

Is the gamo raptor (or whatever the gold pellet is called) that light? I think it’s close if it’s not.

Not bad looking gun, Crossman also released new .25 Marauder, I did not know this until now, LOL.
