Targets from FT sitting Position with EDgun
I got bored and thought I would see what I could do with the EDgun from
a Field Target sitting position with no supports or aids. Each target got 2
shots from random distances, ranged with the Parallax wheel on the Big
Nikko… No laser range finders or markers were used.
I used mildots for holdover instead of clicks just because it would
be more convenient… I zoomed the magnification to 50 to figure out the
distance and then turned the magnification down to 10 for the 2 shots on
each target…. I started out at around 55yds (my mildot scope card is in
5yd increments) and moved in 5-10yds for each target until Target #6,
then started moving away from the targets again finishing at around
60yds…. Target #1 was about 55yds, #6 was about 12yds and #10 was
about 60yds… I can’t remember the inbetween ranges and I didn’t write
them down… The gun feels great and sits perfect for the sitting position…
I know this gun could be a contender for the #1 spot in a Hunter Class FT
match if you lowered the FPE. I couldn’t but the gun could..

Do you have any EDgun or an MCT? If not, how do you know which 1 is better? The only thing I am seeing about the MCT is more shot count, that about it.

Picudo, I’m trying to order one but haven’t receive a definite answer from Tony. Last I heard was during Christmas and he said the folks in Russia were out for the holidays.

The Lelya is going to come out in .177 first. From what I understand they
are still working on the .22cal Lelya…. Tony is due to get a tester
sometime in March…. Haven’t seen a price yet….
No pricing yet, I think we should know pricing very soon from Tony.
Considering that the .117 can be obtained in 10gr, you can pack some serious punch in that little pellet.
I mean, dang, a 24″ pcp with all that shot capacity, sure would make a neat drive-by piece.

much on how the EDgun adjust for power what fill pressures are you
shooting and what fps speeds are you getting out of the EDgun with
power adjustment, and how is power adjusted and does it have a wide
range of adjustment thanks!
eddie it is shooting at around 890FPS… It is regulated so the fill pressure
does not effect the FPS… I fill to 3,200psi every time…. No more, no
less… To increase or decrease power you have to remove the stock.
Then unscrew a set screw that keeps the hammer spring adjustment
screw from turing… You turn the hammer spring adjustment screw in for
more power and out for less… I have had the gun shooting from 600FPS
to 925FPS with JSB 18.1gr… I found (while shooting targets through the
Combro Chrony) that I was getting fliers when the gun was shooting over
900FPS…
Mam did some searching but didn’t come up with much on how the EDgun adjust for power what fill pressures are you shooting and what fps speeds are you getting out of the EDgun with power adjustment, and how is power adjusted and does it have a wide range of adjustment thanks!
