Q:

Tell me what you think

These parts are from transmission shift kits . I think they would make good air strippers .

Center hole id is .258 od .650 stem .375 oal.550the springs latch on and hold the bushing in line.
I also have access to about every size and style spring out there . Perks of building automatic trannys for 25 yrs.

When my condor gets here on wednesday I can start the mod game . Dose any one have a link or list of springs for condors ?

What are you going to use to make the shroud? pvc or aluminum works well the problem I have had is finding something that fits the shroud if you stay with what the frame o.d is you end up with material close or just over an inch ID. Let me know what you have in mind what you have there I think will work well do they come in a size close to an inch a bit over would be good that way they can be turned down and make everything concentric ID hole is good. If you can get different sizes of what you are showing I would be interested in buying some from you are they steel if so weight would be a little heavy.

If you’re going to use those for baffles, the conical end would be better facing the barrel. Also, springs are a poor spacer since they allow movement of the baffles. Keep in mind you want to stay concentric to the bore. The results may not be what you’re after but experiment and have fun cause thats all part of it.
