Indexable Threading tool
Anyone have any cheaper place to buy this or something like it.

Good call on the threading holder. I’ve had those, with the laydown triangles and wasn’t happy with it. The one on ebay uses modified top notch system inserts developed by kennametal. These work MUCH better. I kept having the damn triangle inserts moving and couldn’t figure out why or when, finally gave up. After moving to top notch systems, no problems with the bit shifting anymore. I use size 3 inserts. The pitch is supposed to be for larger threads, but I haven’t had any problems so far. Only thing is the bits are kinda expensive.

It is – I’m very happy with it. The finish on that isnt very even because I broke the desk lamp I had been using to light up the inside, one I wire one inside it will be a big help.

Mainly stuff for my tools… so I can make more stuff for my tools.

glad it worked for you the price went up a little when i got mine they just started making them and it was 18.00 still for the price they are now i think it is a good deal
