Anyone using a 2000 psi JDS, 48ci, C02 adapter, .25 Condor
I have a CO2 adapter from JDS Airman set for 2000 psi I only had 2500 psi but was able to push 26.2 Crow Mags around 800 fps for 30 shots finish pressure of 2000 psi.
The JDS regs seem to be pretty good quality so I am thinking to shim the reg to 2400 – 2500 psi to get 850 to 900 fps with .25 JSBs.
Either that or I will trade it off for something interesting.

But I guess the AF CO2 adapter can take 2000 psi????

Mine had well over 2,000psi on it but I can not advise anyone trying that due
to legal liability…. 😉
Air Hog advised me they have a CNC machine problem and will not be able to help me for awhile.
But I guess the AF CO2 adapter can take 2000 psi????

Best I understand Randy it takes a lathe and a tool that will fit inside the
adapter and bore it out… Not even sure how much they take out…. You could
call Van and ask him some questions or order a bored adapter from him…

Randy there is a lot to be said for the amount of volume you have available
before the valve…. It needs to be as much or more than the volume of the
barrel to utilize all of the pressure that the regulator will put out…. Airhog
bores out the co2 adapter to increase the pre-valve volume…
I am pushing .25 JSBs 25.4 grain at 825 fps for 38 ft lbs with a 2000 psi reg.

note there is a big posebilety that the air volume is to small between the regulator and the valve to shoot at power above 25 fpe
Well if you can wait until I get my CO2 adapter back I will do a bunch of accuracy testing and chrony tests with a 3000 psi fill using the 2000 psi reg to get an idea of it’s true shot string.
If not JDS Airman sells the 53 ci tank and 2000psi reg for 127.00 but you will need theAF adapter too.

Yes this is a 48ci, looks like a 2000 psi or 2400 psi screwed to the AF CO2 adapter would be the ticket however no one can answer me what psi the AF CO2 adapter can take.
I eventually want a 53ci bottle, ETAC, and Condor valve set up but money is holding up that upgrade. 🙁
I bought some other things so the wife is saying tone her down for a while but it actually shoulders not to bad.

COOL!…that 53 cu in bottle looks like it might be a candidate as well. I couldn’t find the adapter you said you had 😥 I’m not understanding how to get that bottle (48 or 53) to have regulator installed and be able to mount on gun….I would buy a 53 cu in regulated bottle if I understood what it takes to mount it on my TSS Money is burning a HOLE in my pocket. 😀 😀 😀
Haven’t had a chance yet to shoot it only do chrony test but I will do so once it warms up.
The length is actually shorter than the Condor stock tank so I will add a tank cover and give her a go.

DO you happen to have a picture of gun with that 48 bottle?? real curious about the look also, does the larger diameter affect/bother you while shooting??

I bought two tanks from expert air one is regulated for 2000 and the other for 1200 because i wanted to try 177 field target .
but I havent used them yet and I dont have a chroney yet.
I got pay those bill things they keep sending me.
