Q:

Using the FX yoke for filling

I’m wondering how many of you guys use the charging assembly made for our guns that attches to scuba tnk, then you just screw your bottle into it for a fill-up..That seems like a good way to do it..they sell for $62.00 on Airguns Of Arizona which seems like a good price to me.. what say ye gentlemen ??

nevernind.Today I went and bought new K valve, and with the adapter from Air Forcr, my TalonSS plugs right into bottle. quick disconnect one fitting and I can plug it straight into the bottle on my 2250B…

Joe Brancato sells those –

Whip = hose

Fill adapters will usually just have a 1/8 NPT thread thats normally screwed into the end of a hose or directly into an adapter. With the Foster QC you put a Fosters Female on your fill adapter/hose and then every fill probe you have you screw a fosters male onto the end those are your permanent connections. Then you can switch out fill probes in seconds just by pressing them together and they release just by pulling back on the female part. if you’ve used an air compressor quick detach its like a smaller version.

yes, that’s what I was referring to…..

I’m just getting into this HPA stuff, so am having to ask questions that may seem lame…the picture there of tha set-up (with the king SS hoce) makes good sense.
It appears I need to have same fill fitting on each of guns , (male foster?) so that all of them can use the same hose fitting set-up, like the one pictured there..Is “whip” the same as “high pressure hose” be gntle with me now, remember I AM a newbie 😆 😆

One thing I DO KNOW…my TSS and the FX super pump will be here tomorrow 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

Where can I find a set=up like that? please provide a link , or links…

The advantage with putting the buddy bottle right on the tank is you don’t loose any air when you let off the pressure as you would using a whip. I use a microbore whip which reduces air loss somewhat…

I dont – I have several different guns so use fosters QC’s on my probes.

Are you talking about the Refill Clamp with Gauge?

I am using “Quick Connector” for all my guns, so I don’t need to change anything.

If you already have a Scuba tank, you will need this fittings here.

On AOA site click on “air force” guns, then click on accessories, scroll down the page…$61.70 I asked the guy there about it today..he told me the bottle hooks up directly to the valve,,seems easy, which is why I asked 😀

Can you post a direct link, I can’t seem to find it on AoA.?

I use the Airforce k-valve fill clamp/adapter. I’m in for a better K-valve fill adapter?

Sam 😕
