Pellet holder???
I did a search for ” Pellet Holder” and found nothing. I was looking for something a little more robust and interesting than a piece of foam taped to the tank or where ever?
Pictures would be nice.

Have you tried ordering a thicker pad than .325″ in your caliber to hold the Kodiaks? I found the next thickness up holds my 177 Kodiaks very securely but they are harder to get out. I guess it depends on your application.
Where did you get that? or did you make it? I would like to have something like that for hunting.

I’d tried googling in the past and came up with nothing – but then remembered it was likely from England and searched the BBS and found that they are no longer made.

If you order the Phillips from Pyra., order it one size too small. .177 for .22 or .22 of .25. It will hold heavier pellets like the Kodiaks better instead of leaving a trail like Hansel and Gretel leaving a bread crumb trail while your hunting!
The Kodiaks fall out like its’ raining. 👿

If that cover were a single pellet dispenser I’d buy one. Otherwise, an Icebreaker Mint can works a whole lot better for me.
Yeah it’s stupid, you put your shitty “open except when you want them too” containers in there to keep them closed. Why is it that the almost shittiest pellets have the screw on top container?

Here are the two options I use.
I custom ordered a Phillips pellet holder with 12 holes and an extra “center” cut out for better mounting in confined spaces. The thickness is .325″ and works great with my 177 Kodiaks. I also asked for the ‘gold label’ to be mounted on the back to avoid anything reflective on the face. The thin line I added indicates pointed vs hollow point pellets

I use the “REI Electronics Pouch – Small” to hold 500 177 pellets. The design keeps the pellets inside with special webbing on the lid. The belt clip allows you to attach and detach without removing your belt and is very secure. This is great for hunting. These are no longer in production, so get some overstock while you still can.
So instead of just threading the tops on they come up with this?

If you use the closed cell type of foam pipe insulation it works really well,like the 2 to the left on my air force.
Its harder to get the pellets in and out but they wont fall out of there. the one on the right on the air force is the regular foam and the pellets go in and out easier , but they will fall out some times when carrying the rifle or huntin.
When you make the holes don’t drill them poke a tapered sharp abject like a center Punch Thu it. and work the hole out just enought to get the pellet in,
That way the hole wont get to big later to hold the pellets.
Also i assume you have seen these if you dont wont to fool around with making them.

Update: I meant to say 0.325″ thick pad from http://www.pelletholder.com instead of 0.250″. I find the thicker pad holds on to a pointed Kodiak far better than a 0.250″. It also keeps the skirt below the face of the pad to reduce the chance of it being knocked out.
