Optics planet sucks
These assholes realy got me pissed. I got my condor on monday so I orderd my scope on wednesday 2/10 paid for next day air $55.08 so I could shoot it on the weekend . its now 2/17 and I still dont have it and they wont even credit back my shipping . they realy suck ASS . Horible customer service . if my company did this we would get our asses sued off. Hell if wear one day late geting a car done we hear from the AGs office . Maybe they should call it next month air . 👿 OK rant over

So when you pointed out to them that you paid them $55 for next-day delivery, necessitating shipping on the 10th, but they now admit (re tracking data) they didn’t ship until the 16th, what was agreed about a refund of your $55?
And the saga continues OP told me via email on 2/13 they could not cancel my order it had been shiped . after 3 phone calls yesterday they sent me a tracking num. It says it was shiped on 2/16 and will arive on 2/22 so not only can they not do there jobs they cant tell the truth now they realy got me pissed . I will never recomend them to anyone . Piss poor service fraud and dishonesty what a company..

Tracking Number? Checked it yet? You said they shipped the item on the 10th. If so, it’s a carrier issue. You may very well be bad mouthing the wrong buisness. 😉
It may be a good idea to get the right target into the sights before pulling the trigger. Just saying. OP usually does a good job.

Might wanna check the tracking number…. if they didnt give you one, get on live chat and get it… if they dont have one for you tell them you want a refund.
I’ve been able to get them to rectify problems on livechat that someone on the phone wouldnt.
I don’t know about anyone else’s experience, but my last few orders with Pyramid have all shipped out w/n 1 business day. I think they may have done some re-organizing and fixed some of the old problems.
I have had good experiences at PA as well but I typically order knowing that if I need it immediately I may want to pay the extra and order early in the morning…
Last thing I purchased arrived earlier than expected…
If you order through Amazon you’ll get fucked on the shipping. FedEx’s new thing with Amazon is to ship it across the country in a brisk 14 days and then give it to the USPS to deliver, another day delay… If I never use FedEx again i’ll be a happier man… Took 17 days to get something from Ohio… I may never order from Amazon again because of this FedEx bullcrap.
If you used a CC file a protest if they did not ship next day as promised. If the shipper fucked up, then their on the hook for a refund.
Numerous times I’ve received free 2 day shipping from FEDEX when they failed to deliver on time.
Don’t take any shit off nobody, remember you’re the consumer.

Looks like they operate on Pyramid Air’s business model. They’ll tell you they’ll ship it next day air, and they will, but what they don’t tell you is that it still takes six days for them to process your order before they hand it over to the carrier.

shit, base on what you’re saying, you should get the refund of $55. they fuacked up.
keep the tracking info and fill a complain with paypal or bank and make them refund it.
Also print screen everything that you could use it to against them.
