Some simple Z Axis Mini Mill Mods

The CNC fusion kit has a couple drawbacks –

Prevents tweaking of the Z’s Jib screw’s without some effort due to the ballnut being in the way and leaves the Z Ballscrew exposed to chips because its off to the side.

Couple of very simple modifications that others might be interested in – Some self locking set screws from LMS and the old hex stop nuts epoxied to the ends –

And I can now use an open ended wrench to adjust them.

Its also nice to have self locking screws elsewhere as I could never get it just right having to tighten a locking screw afterwards.

Then to cover the Ballscrew (and as a bonus the Z ways).
