Q:

4500 fill

cant find a 4500 psi HPA fill anywhere remotely close to me but i can get a 4500 fill with nitrogen from the company that handles my welding gases for cheap. nitrogen is inert and moisture free is there any reason this would be a bad idea. i’d hate to wreck my rifles any advice would be awesome.

thanx in advance, Ken

All gas expands and contracts with temperature if not in a rigid container. If contained, the pressure rises and falls with temperature. Nitrogen has some advantages but it is still a gas and displays regular gas properties.

the other good thing bout nitrogen is it doesent expand or contract with heat or cold

none of the local fire dept’s will fill for you?
i checked and the 2 volunteer departments and the 2 regular ones will fill for me
plus i just found out aboutbout a place that does hydros and will fill for me

I have used it for about 8 months. Zero problems. If you get gass from a welding supply, check if they can get you a 6000psi 474 cf bottle. Mine costs $74 a year lease and $65 for a refill. It took me about 6 months to run the first bottle down to 3000psi. I got a LOT of refills from it.

No Problem.

AF even approves it and it has been used in paintball for years.

no problem whatsoever!

I use it all the time with zero issues.

Seeing as though regular air is something like 78 percent nitrogen I doubt thenpropertied of the gas would harm your gun.

I would just check that it is 100 percent dry gas and that it is filtered, I’m sure it is but it’s better to check out everythin

just my thoughts
