frame extender….:(

i bought one of these for my ss, and ive done a little machining in my day, and i dont like bagging on anyone….however i was highly displeaedwith the fit/finish and generally sloppy attention to details…(his website and packaging/delivery were excellent…but for 60 dollars i expected more….there was no chamfering on anything, but, the setscrew notch did line up, but the bit missed (or moved) the first time and marred the area around it. and the epoxy sealing the tube to the endpiece or “cap”, was never cleaned off just left all oozing out the seam, then finished over…;(
i ended up sanding, chamfering and refinishing it myself, now it looks better…and it does do what its supposed to ,more or less. and im going to use it as a basis for a baffle project idea im working on.
