o.k. today i polished my TH and stem opened up the existing ports drilled 2 new porte between the 2 that were there put it all back together and shot my f#*%ing crony what shit i only managed to hit 1 lens replaced that lens and now it says im shooting 1289fps i know this aint rite but the subsonic crack is a hell of alot louder thats for sure . so im gonna get a new crony monday ill let yall know whats up.

Maybe I’m having another SM (not to be confused with “S & M”), ie Senior Moment, but the only thing I can figure for “tp” is Toilet Paper. Now I’ll have to go find someone’s post that used “tp” and see if it works …. .. …. ..

Set Tophat at say 0.075″ IIRC, valve spring at 5#s cracking and then tune by hammer weight and powerwheel.
Should be fine. Check into what Randyhub has been getting from his Condor valved tanks. One was a Talon tank that he had me install a Condor valve into. Works well from his posts. 🙂

I’ve polished the valve stem and top hat and have been experimenting with adjusting the Top Hat Setting but I really feel dumb having to ask what the ” IIRC” is and what the “5#s” stands for. I know tha TH stands for Top Hat but sometimes I see “tp” and don’t understand what that is. Could you please enlighten me?

a smooth well maintained Airforce 2nd Gen Condor valve will work just fine as issued. They finally got it right with that valve for making good power.

That’s not the AF sec gen mod. it just a comparison between Hi-Flo and Blodnob valves, I never seen any mod for the sec gen AF valve before either.

What a DUMB-ASS !! I can say that, cause I’ve shot mine not once, but twice!!! In my case, I simply wasn’t paying attention to what the hell I was doing..I felt like the dumbest SOB on the planet…shooting my chrony…how stupid could I be? So, FWIW, you are not alone my brother, you are not alone.
