That’s a Phillips Pellet holder, .325″ thick, mounted with bathroom sillicone/adhesive.
I degreased the plastic and metal with isoalcohol. I removed the pad from the original backing with a wide razor, it was pretty easy. Be sure to use a tooth pick to remove excess silicone from the pellet holes as you settle it into place.

The grip is awesome, the forearm could use some love with a sanding block though…
