Slik Compact Tripod
I’d been looking for a small tripod for weeks, didn’t find what I wanted so set about making my own – as soon as I get part way through I find what wanted…. Figure I’d post it in case anyone else was looking for something similar.
Slik Compact Pro III Tripod.
Doesnt get much bigger, but for prone use its more than enough height adjustment.
Base and head support my 3lb rear weighted spotting scope no problem.
and I can leave it attached

I think the “Slik Mini Pro V” work better with your spot scope.
