Q:

Whatever happened to the "Best scope for the money&quot

I thought I read a thread here that had scopes listed in price ranges. Something along the lines of…….Best scope for less than $100.00…..Best for $100.00-150.00/150-200/200-250 Etc. Am I trippin? If I am, How about the best scope for LESS than $200.00

I’ve only had one scope and I mounted it as low as possible. If I buy another, I’ll do the same.

The 5-15×40 is a good scope, but if you mount it high and site in @ short distance (11 yds) you will need adjustable for elevation scope mounts.

Thanks Riff. I keep seeing that Bush 5X15X40 pop up all the time. Don’t remember reading anything bad from anyone either…..

I bought a center point scope that im really happy with. Its clear and stays on point. The only thing i dont like is the adjustment clicks dont give a solid feedback, but once sighted in it stays put. It looks cool too 😀

My fave for under $200.00 is BSA 8-32 SWT built in lens covers so I don’t loose them good glass tons of power . I have one on a condor and it works great .
