Wrong Drills

Very sorry, I posted the wrong OSG drills in a previous post. While the Nexus is really good for st st and the V-select is excellent for 1018, neither are rated for Ti 6Al 4V. The drill for that as well as Inconel and Kovar is the VPH-GDS by OSG. It’s powdered metal. Follow THEIR speed and feed selection closely. They have carbide for this mtl as well but much pricier.
