Yeah, yeah, yeah….. the barrels are good, etc. The Shins and Yangs are good shooters but at $1k to almost $1500 for these new models is a bit of a stretch. I wonder if these have new and improved stocks -vs- the crackable ones in the past.

i agree that some korean barrels have been really awesome….i had a career mk2 in .22 from mac1….and i shot plenty pigeons from 70-100 yards it was a tack driver as well….sold to help fund engagement ring….man i miss that rifle….8 fpe on low….everything in between….82 fpe on high in .22…yes sonic with EJ’s great for impressing the ladies ….and quiet to shoot in the apartment on low power

Koreans know how to make airguns. Careers are know to be dead accurate. I have a Career 300 that is a freaking tack driver.
Korean barrels are know to be very accurate. In the past they where often used to upgrade a lot of other airguns barrels.
korea…….most of the evanix are set to have more power….usually in those kind of guns you get 40 joules (around 30 fpe) but evanix normally put out 60 jouls….which is probably the reason for the low shot count on the 700 and 900cc versions
back in the day when fx sold 2 versions of most of their rifles(only in Europe) the cheap ones sported evanix barrels and they where very good…but only the expensive version with LW barrels had a guarantee that you could hit a quarter at 50m repeatedly or they would fix/exchange your rifle

yeah 1000 bucks is way too much for a Korean gun….they could stretch it to 700-800…but no way 1000
