Crapola! Looks like at least the middle of July. I hope that my supply of .25 cal pellets don’t spoil. 😆
I hate waiting for Edguns.
😥 😥 😥 this is a communication from 6/18/10
Hi, Jeff
Me> Ed, do you have the Lelya available in .22cal? I have
sold the .177cal. In a month or 2, I now would like to try the
.22cal….
Ed> I will try to assemble few for Tony and send it withing couple of
weeks.
Me> I would also like to know if the .25cal Matador will be shipped soon…
Me> Thanks
Ed> Withing couple of weeks will be sent.
Ed
Mam, did Tony say if the .25 Matadors are still gonna be shipped this week?
I hate waiting for Edguns.
The O rings that I use are a little thiner than the stock ones and need to be changed out more often. Not a big deal to change them.
I was scrounging around at work today and found an assortment of metric o rings that someone had just ordered. I found some 1.3mm thick by 3mm ID and 1.5mm by 3mm that I am going to try. I will keep you posted.
Sorry Oldgoat, I asked if he was bringing .25cals back and he said only
bringing .22cal Veles.. 😥
Yea, let me know which works best… I would like an oring that would fit
snug.
Mamcrackin, Is Tony still in Russia? The last email that I got from him said that the 25 cal Matadors should ship this week. Maybe he will bring a couple back with him. 😆

You just think you hate the EDguns….Tony is in Russia at the EDgun plant…
Sounds like they might be working on something new….. I know the Veles
pistol is coming out in .22cal for sure…. Stay tuned. Same EDgun time,
same EDgun channel.
I hate you guys and your Edguns. 😛
Thanks for the info Oldgoat… I had to order some this morning… I blew a set
and then replaced them with a set that Tony had sent… The new set had an
OD that was too small. It blew the oring and smacked my cheek on the first
shot.. Not fun…. 🙁 😯
My original set were giving me a puff on the cheek also. I guess one had blown and the other was going. When it went, I got the full blast of air on the cheek, hurt like hell and my right ear rang for a few minuets. I carry them in my gun case and, if I feel a puff on the cheek, I can change them out in about 5 minutes. I guess that I am a little “gun shy” now. 😆
That’s funny Goat 🙂 .
It did hurt because after the first few times, I was inpecting the orings and did not see any problems. Thinking to myself, what the hell is going on with the gun because I don’t remember any air blowing into my face ever before…but still wanted to shoot a few more times to check the problem. Finally, that last shot stung me a bit and I couldn’t take it anymore and had to quit. The damn orings was still looking good from above. Oh well, lesson learned with these bullpups 🙂 .
I have spent a lot of time searching for the proper o rings. McMaster-Carr has the closest to the proper size that I have been able to find. #9263K511, Shore A 75 Viton, 1 x 3 mm o ring, $6.08 for 25. The thickness of these is just a little less than the standard ones. These are the hardest metric o rings that McMaster Carr carries.I change them out about every 1000 pellets.

I 2nd 😆
Both of the orings on my matador were torn for some reason. I didn’t know at first and was getting a puff of air right into the face and eyes when shooting. After a few times, it was stinging a bit. I was fine tuning the trigger and had been dry firing to test so I think this may caused it.
Ed, how can we get or buy additional spare orings?
Khadux….You are welcome and you can get orings from Tony….
Ed and Mam, thanks for this. I had to change out the orings on the bolt today and with the video, it was a breeze to take it apart and put together.

Me too, I just got more in today which again reminds me that I don’t have a
.25 to shoot… Arrgh
