Who sells .25 barrels?
…besides Tony at Talon Tunes? I’ve sent him two emails in the span of a few weeks and he hasn’t responded to either.
He’s not the kind of person I want to do business with and maybe I’m not the kind of person he wants to do business with, so who else sells .25 barrels?
If 24″ is as long as I can go, I want a 24″ choked Lothar Walther in the white with unvented bushings.

Nobody put down your work. But the poster did put down Tony in his own house, and was too damed lasy to pick up a phone and gimve him a call.
This is not a private club here. If your work has merit. Show it. We are very open to new ideas, and apprieciate good workman ship.
I do know that nobody here is bashing our barrels, this is one of the nicest forums I have visited and know Tony does great work. We appreciate all the business we get and try our best to make sure everyone is satisfied with what we do. Larryhd has one of our barrels. On a lighter note, we are all in this to enjoy the guns. I am one of the luckiest guys, my wife actually loves shooting with me or is that shooting at me.

I do not think they were trashing your barrels but if you buy something you normally go with someone who has a following and or references. Tony has a good name here and you are not so well known. I actually went on and logged in to your site yesterday. LOL
Its more people did not know you than nobody else can make a barrel.

In regards to the other guy, I am the other guy; our quality is second to none. I have not posted many posts here because it is Tony’s forum or his house. However the quality of our barrels is as good as they come. We are not here to step on anyone’s feet, at the same time I do not want mine stepped on. So please even though I do not impose on Tony’s house, do not make implications that someone else’s work can not also be good. If people would like to buy our barrels, they are for sale; if not I am sure they have good reasons. We also make several other products that work well with the AirForce guns, but we feel this is not the place for us to promote our products due to the fact this is Tony’s HOUSE.

Not saying this UN-heard of guy’s work is not good. Wouldn’t know. NEVER HEARD OF HIM!!! On the one forum that we should have heard of him.
Worth risking a .25.00 difference? Not to me! Show me the work. Then tell me the price. Not the other way around. Quality first. Price second.

Yeah I might of jumped too quick. BUT I have a soft spot for Tony. He is a rare breed and a good guy all around. This world needs more Tonys. Plus, I looked at his join date and like I said, I jumped. I usually try to be respectful of others opinions.

I am shopping for a 25 barrel also. I plan on selling two of my 24 inch 22
barrels to get one. That would leave me with just the 12 inch 22 for the Condor SS.
But at times it would seem that just spending the extra and getting a .25 Mrod would be wiser.
As for this new fellow here, I salute him for his balls, understanding at the same time that Tony probably did not get his emails, he is a business man and would not let that opprotunity pass.
So Sam I am glad you lightened up on him, he just did not understand the loyality on this site for Tony, not that my imput carries much weight here.

what are your experances with rlairgunsupply i have not heard of them and a .25 barrel with bushings and blued for 200 bucks is a good deal. has anyone seen his work?

Like they said, some of the messages get sent to the spam box. And I’m sure he gets so many that he misses some. Either way, if you can’t get in touch with him, just ask for him on here. He’s a good guy, I think the only complaints he ever gets are about prices, which isn’t something that should be complained about, if you don’t like prices, go somewhere else, but I digress. I’ve never heard a reasonable complaint. Give him some time, I’m sure now that you have his attention here you are already talking to him.
Make sure to come back here and apologize to him when you finish.
By the way, I have a .25 barrel from tony. Couldn’t be happier.
