help needed for lothar walther barrel
i happened to saw a pic about the crown part of the lothar walther 24″ barrel,but i feel a little bit confused cos there is some obvious difference between this one to the one i am using now. anyone can share one of ur 24″ lothar walther barrel corwn part pics for my comparion. thanks.

As long as it IS crowned, the way it is done is neither here nor there. Some have a stepped crown, others a dish crown… As long as its protecting the muzzle…….

Like Pab said there are different ways of crowning a barrel Airfoce are LW barrels they use a step or counter bore there is also a button crown radius around the end of barrel and allot of target shooters use an 11o taper which tapers from the inside of the bore to the outside of the barrel all are good crowns just have to be done correct and with the correct tools 😆
