This was a quick mod for those of you who have the TD conversion.

Final cost was 26.00

Two UTG picatinny/weaver adapters

One Auto Zone 7 to 8 mm wire seperator kit (comes with a few different seperators so you can go for a 3 or 4 arrow quiver).

Broad heads would not be protected…but some come with their own individual covers….

The distance between the picatinny slots was the perfect fit for the wire seperators.

I opened up the wire seperator holes slightly with a dremel to allow the arrows to fit. Be careful not to grind down the bump on the bottom of the opening as this helps to keep upward force on the arrow holding it in place in the separator firmly. I did a little at a time and checked for a nice snug fit and ease of insertion and removal.

I counter sunk a hole in the plastic separator directly in the center to allow for the “scope stop” pinch bolt to screw up through the UTG adapter and into the wire sepearator. For this prototype I did it this way, but if this fails to remain together, I will “drill and tap” the next one and use a machine screw to hold it in place along with glue. For this one, I simply used Liquid nails and I doubt it will fail. I think it looks good because it keeps the arrows “streamlined” with the rifle.
