Shipped out my favorite airgun this morning…
The good news is that my birthday/housewarming gift to my dad gets a new paint job and a lift with big ass tires (for what it is).
Dad is building an awesome house but can’t get around the way he used to. This will help him enjoy his 8 acres (and I’ll be using it to haul my AG stuff around his yard 😎 )

Dummy me isn’t coming up with the name but it’s a low dollar sidewheel 10-40×50. Not something i would brag about except that for the price and mag, it’s small and CHEAP. It was $190ish. As for the optics, I’ve got centerpoints that are better and leapers that are worse (and visa versa).

My brother and sister are sharing the cost but I’m doing all the work. Fact is that the 3 of us and our small school house full of kids will use it as much as he does. Dad’s been good to us this year, time to give back. In normal times the money for the cart would not have been an issue but i haven’t been fully employed since Dec 09.
Not rust but the ‘blueing’ does have a bit of a brown tint to it.
What scope is that?

Not a ZOS, it’s an Osprey. And damn if amazon doesn’t have it for $149 now. Maybe I didn’t pay $190….
