Q:

Help strange sound in my Edgun

Today in my shooting session with Edgun, something strange has happened, to proceed to assemble the bolt to load another shot, I heard a noise “PLAP” in the area of the port of loading, as a small explosion of air. Then during three or four shots was very low potency. I have refilled to 200 bar and now it seems to work well again.
What has been the cause?
thanks

This video helped me a LOT. Yes, Ed is speaking his native language. But, it’s all there right in front of you, if you pay attention.

I had this happen once when I first got my gun. I took some silicone “grease”, rubbed it between my fingers, then rubbed it on the o-rings. It has not happened since.

There are two O-rings on the bolt, during the shot some air under pressure tries to get out to the bolt and a small amount of air could stuck between two O-rings. When you open the bolt — the air goes out, that is the reason. Just lubricate it with silicon.
