question about possible regulator setups???

I was toying with the idea of eventually buying an airhog regulator for my 4500 psi tank. It is not that cheap sooooooooooooooooo I was wondering if I would be able to buy a “gun bottle” type regulator (much less expensive) and put it “in line” so whenever I want to shoot that specific gun (attached to the tank, of course) I can simply reach for that particular hose with in line regulator attached? Is this possible to do? Thanks guys!
