There is another type leveler call “Microlevel” which you can mount it on your scope for long shot.

Check out this site to see if you’re interesting, I never purchase 1 before, so I can’t comment on it.

I tried the Level Level and didn’t like it. One of it’s levels has a magnetic base…wouldn’t stick to aluminum but can be glided or held with a rubber band. Now, I’m using the B-Square with 11mm mounting. It does not fit like a glove. I had to make sure it was flush with the rail.

I made up a white plum line with an eye screw that can quickly screwed to a target or tree for verifying scope vertical. I put black marker about 1st apart several places for contrast.
No matter how squarely I think I staple my targets, they are usually off a little

any sugestions on a brand and model? i really like the idea of the left side

those levels are easy to make i have some i made for my condor.

i used a piece of flat stock aluminum a scope mount lower piece and some 2 part epoxy

quote Mr-lama:

So one that comes off the side of the scope or one that mounts to the rail the scope is on and sticks out to the left would be the perfect thing for you.

In total agreement. Viewing on the side is easy if you shoot with both eyes open.

From what I have heard, the best levels to buy are ones that stick out of the side a bit. This way you can just look through your left eye at the level and you don’t have to move your head from behind the gun. So if you shoot with both eyes open (which is a good practice anyway) you can quickly check the level right before taking a shot.
