Regulator and pellets for Condor

Is there a way to make a good guess at the pressure regulator setting to get a velocity of 900- 950 for a .177 ?

And, what are the best pellets?

1900-2100psi will get you there no problem with the JSB Heavies (10.2) I recommend this pellet highly.
