Q:

How to empty bottle.

I discovered this by accident.
1. leave bottle on gun.
2. Make sure gun is unloaded.
2a. see step 2.
3. cock gun.
4. pull back and hold cocking knob against top hat.
5. disengage safety.
6. fire!
If you hold back hard enough on the cocking knob the gun should dump all it’s air out!

This one costs one cent, put a penny in a fill adapter and screw it on the bottle. 🙄

+1 …or a couple of dimes… and let it drain slowly to avoid undue stress… this is the advice given for SCUBA tanks.

How to remove air with perfect control.

Firstly eat a can of beans then wait 4-6 hours 😆

Or:
Make a bush out of delrin or hard plastic.
I.D has to be big enough to sit over the Top Hat.
O.D has to be small enough (approx 3-5mm thick wall) to fit inside pump coupler or Dive bottle adaptor.
Length has to be about 8-12mm.
Place the bush on the Top Hat then screw the dive bottle fill coupler on until it releases air. Safe, controlled & simple.

Good if you are in a real hurry I guess 😯
Would rather stress my bottle less and do it over 30mins or so, the standard way and have a cup of tea whilst it empties.

You can adjust the amount of pressure on the cocking knob to slow the flow.

😯 Better to let the air out slowly if you can.

Forced air dump huh? I guess it works.
