Q:

Getting the rust off the bolt?

What do you guys use? Mine is looking pretty grungy. 😳

WD40 just isn’t doing the trick.

Hi Ted, you can try Hoppes Nº9 too. Ask in your local gunshop.

Try using ,light oil and very fine steele wool. just quit rubbing before you take the blue off.LOL

Citric acid, in all its forms (vinegar, lemon juice, Lysol II) is a good rust remover.

Saw a guy on youtube using citric acid to remove rust. Check it out.

or using electrolytic to remove rust.

I never try it before, hope 1 of those method will help 😆
