Q:

EDgun Bipod Choice

Hey Guys!

I want to get a bi-pod for my EDgun and would like recommendations from those of you that have added the option. I’d like to keep the weight to a minimum but functionality is most important. I don’t want something wobbly as hell.

Thanks!
Gene

Here i use the same UTG in my Talon SS “ToGo” nice bipod… but harris is far better.

Below the EdGun i have a Harris clone.

Thanks guys! I just ordered the Harris S-BRM. I felt like the Harris was the way to go, just not sure which one.

I appreciate your help!

Gene

After having both the real harris and the knockoff, I will say the harris is a lot better. The cheaper one works fine, and I used it several years without issues. Only thing was I had to locktite the bolts holding the legs because the nuts would come loose. Other than that I had zero problems.

But the real harris just feels more solid. A bit heavier, but when you pull the legs out it just has a much stronger feel than the cheaper bipod did.

Both will serve you well, the real harris will just put a cherry on top for ya. 🙂

Posted about a month ago but I will again:

My recommendation is for a Harris S-BRM (swivel with notched legs) with a KMW Pod-Loc is a great setup. I’ve got 2 setups (a 6-9″ and a 9-13″.)

Quick and easy adjustment of leg height with the notched legs (and they won’t slip like the friction-lock legs occasionally do), the swivel keeps you on the level, and the Pod-Loc allows easy fingertip adjustment of swivel resistance.
