Q:

dug out my old airgun **PICS OF 20 YARDS GPS** UPDATE

well i have a lot of squiggles round here pissin me off so i decided to dig out of an old box in the attic my trusty old Daisy 880 multi pump
it is a damn accurate gun
i slapped my centerpoint 3-9 x 32 scope on her and shot bunch of pells
at 20 yards i was stacking the Crosman Hollowpoints
i am surprised at the accuracy of this old thing
i have taken countless animals with her

heres the chrpny numbers
crosman hollowpoints 7.9 grains 690 fps for 8 and 1/2 FPE dime gps at 20 yds
crosman CP’s same as above
gamo rockets 9.6 grains 616 fps 8 FPE 1/2 inch gps at 20 yds

crosman destroyers 7.9 grains avg speed of 708 fps dont know why these are faster but accuracy was only 1 inch at 20 yds
and steel bb’s were shooting at 798 fps with 5.1 grains and 3/4 inch gps at 20 yds
not bad for a cheapo gun just need to keep her oiled up and squirrels beware

Crowpopper,
I picked one up at Sports Authority for twenty (20.00) bucks,
it had a problem, Stock was loose. Turned out the screw that holds stock to receiver was broken . So I ordered some new parts . I love that gun,I taped a cheep led flash light to the barrel. I can hit a grackle dead at 30 yards. 😆 😆
Take Care, Bob

I had one as a teenager and it was deadly accurate and killed a lot of stuff.

well i set up my target at 20 yards and shot this 5 shot group
dont mind the one way off it was a BB wanted to see how accurate it was and obiously it isnt even close to the pellets that were shot
pellet used was a Crosman Primier field hunting hollow point
i think she is accurate enough for any tree rat in my yard now

lol nope thats the lower powered pumper
i think it is 650 fps mine is the 750 fps model

heee’ss baaackkk!!! dude is that the same gun as this one 😆
