I turned this one for my Condor. Its 1.20″ OD and uses some simple cup type baffles. I turned it on my lathe in one evening. The back bushing is threaded 1/2″ 20. I also threaded my condor barrel with 1/2″ 20. Its very quiet. I finally got my sulphuric acid in so I will be trying my luck at anodizing it this weekend. Since the pic was taken I knurled the OD of both end bushings to give me a better grip during disassembly.

If I can trust my eyes, Ill guess .261″-.266″. 😎

ΒΏOnly 6,63 or 6,76 mm? I think it’s a bit unfair to the pellet of 5.50 mm. Is not it?

All of my .22 shrouds use a .266″ bore thru the baffles.

My .25 uses just under .3″

Alignment issues aside, Ive never had any trouble with it.

That is one sweet peace of metal you have there.
I will be looking forward to your anodizing report. Keep up the awesome work.
