I have done some stockwork on firearms and just little on airguns. An Airgun’s air tank and the trigger inletting are very simple when you are starting brand new. Refitting a mini-14 stock to match a m-rod would be a LOT of work and heartache. My guess the forend would be too shallow to hide the air tank and breech end would be mostly air you would have to fill in. You could spend alot and end up with junk. i have kicked around a project like this for my Mrods and would buy a buttstock and handgrip -either surplus or for a paintball gun- and use wood to make my own forend. If you are a woodworker with a tablesaw, drill press and maybe a router it wouldn’t be as hard as retro-fiiting that mini 14 stock IMHO.
