power ,accuracy & punch

I am building a 22 & 25 sss, with 18″ barrels , i am new to these rifles ,so rather than strip & build every day ,until i get the required level, what should i do. i am looking for a good punch, accuracy (2″ group & less) & distance 50yds, to tackle a medium size pest !! 40lb @ 50+ yds. Am i been realistic ??

What do you recommend for both 22 & 25 cals.

With preference to top hat size, bottle charge, spring & hammer ? give it ya best shot lads, experience appreciated 😆 😉
