Edgun needs a bit of quieting
My Edgun shroud mikes at .990 OD, with my Chinese calipers. On the shroud end is a screw in cap.
I’m getting some blast report that I want to quiet down. A screw-in moderator to replace the end cap would work, but I’m uncertain what it should have in it, or how long it should be.
The Edgun is a “Shorty”, so the shroud is a few inches shorter than the standard shroud. It makes a difference to my cop calling neighbors. If I’m out in the woods, then no problem. But when I get an urge to butt shoot some of the geese crapping on my dock, I need serious quiet.
Any thoughts on who could mill a black aluminum extension to screw in, and know what it needs to bring the noise down?
Suggestions?

on the first edguns there was an ad on moderator .
maybe this is a direct fit, would be great if it is.
if not it may be an idea to simply mesure the end cap and to have a end cap adapter milled to 1/2 unf threads.
this way you could fit many standard modarators to your edgun.
