When I get my lathe up an running I am going to hit you up for some tips. That is a clean nice design. Does it use a O-Ring for the valve stem? The spring you are using is it the same strength as the stock one or softer? The design allow a great amount of airflow. You tease!
I tried it with and without the “O” ring It works better without the drag induced by the “O” ring.
Theres more power in the present prototype. I can overfill to 220 bar and it just kicks out more power. Right now I have no bell curve and the valve opens with a 220 fill. This tells me the orfice is still too small. When I open up the orfice, I expect to see increased power, and the bell curve taking shape.
