Q:

1.1 pound trigger

Ok, I removed the forearm , the air tank and the breach bolt and the pistol grip. Removed the saftey from the tang ( 2 very small screws) and the trigger shoe. Then removed the cover on the trigger housing. Replaced 2 springs, one closest to the trigger and the one in the center. Left the one closest to the muzzel. Went to ace hardware and bought a # 9 spring. It is long enough to make both replacement springs. The diameter is the same as the originals and they are a lot softer. ( 69 cents)Left the one next to the trigger a little longer than the original. Put a little divers silicon on the moving parts and put the top back on the trigger housing. Then before putting the breach bolt back in I did the saftey toggle removal. Put the gun back together. The trigger tripped at 3.4 lbs. stock. It now trips at 1.1 lbs consistently . Am a happy camper.

Thanks for the warning PB I did do a check as you mentioned and all is fine. Also thumped it pretty good on the floor several times on the but plate and moved the safety of and on about 30 times.

hogtyed make sure and check your trigger for safe function with power wheel on 1 or a low number, the trigger pull will be lighter the lower the power wheel setting

That sounds really good. I tried a couple of other things and it didn’t work out well for me. I didn’t do something right, obviously. I did remove the safety toggle and like that. I’ll check out Ace Hardware this weekend. Thanks for the information. 😮

EDIT: NEW TRIGGER SPRING FROM TALON TUNES

Trigger Spring

I did not take any pictures. Mainly because I haven’t been able to figure out how to post pictures on this forum.
Don’t be afraid to try to do this mod, it’s pretty easy. The biggest problem I had was getting the pistol grip back on.
Don’t mess with the spring closest to the the muzzel, that one has nothing to do with the trigger pull. It is what makes the gun cock when you push the bolt back. ( ask me how I know) go to ace hardware and buy a #9 spring (69 cents) it will be long enough to make both springs. I made mine a little longer than the stock ones. I didn’t like the g2 ball point pen springs. To small of diameter.

Man that’s sounds awesome. Any pictures? I want to do some trigger work on mine but a little hesitant, since I’ve only had the about 2 weeks.
