Well, I haven’t had any EJ’s here to try, but I put some JSB’s thru the chrony at 1278, and a few 21 gr Kodiaks in .22 thru at 1230. and this was with a 2500 fill in a 18″ bbl. Talon SS. with the new Condor Valve I just installed. So I would have to say. “YES YOU CAN”!!!I would be hard pressed to not believe that an additional 6 inches of barrel wouldn’t really up the antie!

Realizing that you also have the 24″ inch barrel is still no compromise in comparison from these figures you show.

Did you swap barrels and go to a .25 cal? cause i have never heard of .22 cal eun jin pellets at 29 grain. The range of .22 cal eun jins vary over 28.4 to 28.8 grains. Secondly, did you hone youre barrel out, because the eun jins are 5.6 mm diameter at the skirt whereas the airforce barrel is only 5.52mm creating alot of friction.
Im not trying to tell you how to suck eggs but you have to do some serious mods to make 28 grains go over 1000fps. I can post vids on youtube to prove that when firing 28 grains through even a 18″ inch barrel on a modified talon that the 490cc tank would not support 100 shots of that consistent range (100 shots). I can also prove that a modified AF talon that can shoot 16 grain pellets over 1300fps but cant shoot eun jins over 1100 fps (whats with that?).

When I use to shoot with Sacman from the TOG his Condor would shoot Eu Jins over a 1000fps no problem.
I remember I went out and bought a $400 Career took it out of the box and was busting Eujins over a 1000fps and did not think that was funny….LOL.
BTW no matter how fast my guns can shoot I keep everything at around 900-950fps no matter what pellet I am shooting. That works best for me.

You don’t have to do many mods to get .22 eun jins that fast. My condor stock shot over 1000 with eun jins. Now, after mods, it shoots .25 eun jins over 1000. But .22 that fast isn’t a stretch by any mean.s
Funny I get questioned all the time from none Condor owners guess my Condor has always shot hard. I also have an LW Polygonal .25 barrel that shoots 31 Kodiaks, 37 and 42 grain Eun Jins hot.
100 shots? Well as I do not have a print out for my Chrony I guess I could take a picture of my velocities written down on paper but seriously why would I do a post and lie?? I have always been staright here and i guess if you had a Condor and set it up with the configuration I posted you would be able to confirm this.
The hammer is a custom brass one from Tony, the valve is a new one from AF, the inside hammer area of the frame has been polished, the .22 barrel has very tight delrin barrel bushings that are twice the length of the stock metal ones.
I have spent the last couple of years taking the time to actually learn with a Chrony and field use what works best with my Condor. Now when I said 29 grain EJ it was a round number but better then saying twenty something grains I guess.

What others should know:My digital scale tells me the following weight distribution of a tin of pellets: Lightest: 27.7 grain Less than 28.2 grain: 2% 28.2 – 28.4 grain: 40% 28.4 – 28.6 grain: 40% Greater than 28.6 grain: 18% Heaviest: 28.8 grain They are very good pellets but not perfect (a bit more deviation in weight.)
If I have time this summer I might do a video (will be a LONG one!!!!) I guess to prove the numbers (never been asked this by someone B4 on this Forum) but here are some pics of my chrony prior to my final tune and new valve shooting 30 grain Pilerdrivers and some other pictures showing how the Piledriver blew thru a 2X10 at 55 meters something you cannot do without the velocity I stated.
Hone my barrel out?? Why? The choke would cause more friction then the rifling down the barrel and besides the EJ’s fly the best past 75 yards.
Hope this helps prove the numbers pretty hard to change a display or photoshop I would think.
The longer heavier hammer and new valve has really turned this Condor into a longrange shooter.
Anyways take a look and decide if my posts are the real thing.
I have also shot with Voltar 1 and we both know what our guns will do.

Yup now I have a few 2X10 and duct seal for now. That is with the new valve and Tony heavy hammer (old one) turned down to 90 grams. Think I will leave everything for now and yes the EJ’s are pretty consistant and yields lots of shots as well.

Good idea on not wasting eun jins. They are the best, but pricy. 🙂

Here you go I thought you were saying I was full of it, no worries the new valve, heavy hammer, and longer barrel will get you there.

Well I have been doing somemore mods to my PCP that have included the following:
1. Custom 90 gram brass hammer will plastic sliders to reduce friction (thanks Tony) 😀
2. New Airforce valve
3. Tophat adjusted to .065
4. 2600 PSI fill
5. Powerwheel set on 4
6. Polished inside of frame (hammer area) a real pain!
