12 ftlb condor?? why are my numbers so low?

ok i got the gun charged up to 2700 psi
top hat at .110
polymags at 16 grains
585,589,609
those were my first 3 shots this seems very low
it looks to be a condor valve it has the wide open mouth on the valve

is the tophat being out so far making it slower?
it is also very quiet shooting it
with my other condor it was a hammer i couldnt keep the polymags subsonic
power wheel is on 4.6 also
im gonna crank it to 12 and try it now too but it seemed low
