15 degree oxy. in scuba tank= 3500 psi
My tank through the winter has been getting under 20 degree temperature fills to 3100 psi. I then bring it indoors and put the tank over the house heating duct, taking it up to 3500 psi! then I fill my gun to 3400 psi and go shooting! For several fills I don’t let it get below 2800 psi.
What do you think about the fps & fpe! Gotta be damn good at 11 on the power dial. Only, at that ( 11 ) setting I have to fill it up after 15-20 shots, but…. ➡

Trouble is, the plug is set to blow at a little over 3000+ psi. when you weaken the bottle, it can blow at far below 3ooo! 😯
Check out scuba bottle failures on dive pages . Just google dive bottle failure. It will scare the bejusus out of you! Entire filling stations wiped out. STAINLESS Fill Stations. A heck of a lot harder than you head! Well, May be, or May be not.Lol!!!
I also saw the back end of a Fire Truck that the Air Pack bottle destroyed. This from improper handling of the bottles causing undue stress. Your playing with a BOMB!!!
Use the same care you would in re-loading. Use common sense. Or stay away from it. We would prefer you stay in one piece! 😀
