150 yard group with the Royale 400
Royale 400 18.1 grain Exact @ 941FPS/36 FPE, fired from a field expedient rest, 4x4x2′ grape bin with no bags, rifle resting in my hands.

As always RC, nice shooting. I like how the pellets begin to break through the aluminum…that is aluminum, right? That’s demonstrating some healthy retained energy.

I was aiming at the middle of the plate, and I dialed 30 minutes in. So I needed an additional 4 minutes.
It is a Smooth twist barrel.

RC, that is remarkable shooting! Those top three are not only verge-of-unbelievable, it looks like those pellets were smacking with enough impact to kill medium sized birds. Unless, that metal isn’t aluminum!
Man, 150 yds! Those 18 grain @941 are probably sizzling just below the point where they lose accuracy.
What was the approximate drop from your “zero” and its distance?
Is your rifle fitted with the Smooth Twist barrel?
They haven’t been making the royale with SW over here and the barrels are hard to get hold of

We’ve all got air rifles capable of shooting out that far…..
I managed a sub 1″ at 100 yards (just) when Mam’ set up that compo’.
