Q:

2013 Europe KalibrGun Pricing/Catalog

If anyone is interested I have a copy of the 2013 European KalibrGun catalog in a PDF. The pricing may surprise you a bit. It did me. Ah to be in the Bullpup business. It also has accessories. For example the new probes are about $5.20 US (In Europe).

The Catalog is in Euros. Send me a pvt message and I will email.

1 Euro is about $1.3 US right now.

I thought the magazine was to short to shoot predator polymags. Are you loading them 1 at a time?

Sorry he asked about the my Matador .25 Standard. Yes problem with the Cricket which is one reason I got the Cricket in .22 (since .22 Predators don’t shoot well in any .22 PCPs I have owned or own) and Matador in .25 (can handle Predators and I love them in .25).

The Matador’s a real sparrow slayer. It shoots Predators every bit as well as JSB Kings out to 50 yards. Need to try out to 100 yards for our sparrow Olympics competition. Same POI or very very close at 50Y. 50 FPE is a little heavy on sparrows. Mine is right at 930 FPS. A little over 40 shots from 220 bar. Can’t complain.

I may redo the stock finish but that is purely personal preference and I enjoy doing it. I like the grain to be more pronounced and shimmer as in an oil finish. The trigger adjusted very nicely on the R3. Set short, crisp, and 12 ozs just like my Cricket and Air Ranger.

Only very minor issue was too long of a stock bolt making the front of the shroud barely touch the resevoir knurling around the gauge. A washer under the bolt head fixed it. (from a guy in NZ)

It has taken out two opossums and two raccoons so far raiding our feeders at night. Probably 30 sparrows.

I am slowly working up to a Matador/Cricket shootout but I want to disassemble them before I draw any conclusions. Both are high-end airguns with different strong points. They are closer overall IMO than one might think despite some obvious build differences when you consider all of the features and factors like performance.

I had the barrel scoped on the Cricket and want to do the same on the Matador. The Cricket barrel was flawless but not polished like I hear the Matador LW may be. I am approaching 1000 shots with the Cricket and accuracy has not suffered one bit with the CHF barrel yet w/o a cleaning. I hear the R3s can go thousands of shots w/o cleaning. I need to do a lot more shooting with it.

I know those price but they never were valid here.

1 200 EUR = 1 559,88 USD

Someone in Romania said they paid about the catalog rate.

They are trying to pass a law to make us always pay tax right now – even for online purchases.

I would be shocked if that law passes. It would be an accounting nightmare for me and all businesses doing interstate transactions.

Octavius – can you get me in touch with a Czech/ Slovak Kricket dealer who can speak -or at least write – some English ? German goes as well. Or Finnish… or Swedish for that matter. For 1200โ‚ฌ iยดll get one just so i can compare it to my Eddies.

I have KalibrGun’s own catalog with prices for 2013. Yes no tax. I know you guys have that VAT over there. What is interesting is the Skeleton walnut stock models are more expensive than the Bullpup walnut stock models. The Tactical Bullpup standard is 680 Euros. The Tactical bullpup Compact is 650 Euros. A standard walnut bullpup .177 or .22 is 880 Euros and a standard walnut skeleton .177 or .22 is 895 Euros. .25s are more. 895 Euros is about $1163 US. We may or may not pay tax depending on where we live. They are trying to pass a law to make us always pay tax right now – even for online purchases.

Anyway they have some significant room for sales, etc. There is some cost to getting them here.

I don’t want to upset the forum population. Thats why I asked for a private email with email addr. Europe prices are lower….. A lot lower…. Almost worth a trip over there. ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Ah, man the suspense is KILLING me… ๐Ÿ˜†

What is the new pricing? Cheaper, more expensive?

I’m going to stick a fork in my leg and leave it there until you respond!! ๐Ÿ˜ˆ
