.22 Cricket compact on the way!!!!!
I ordered the compact in .22 and it should be here Tuesday. I already have the .25 synthetic and absolutely love that gun. I wanted something extra small but yet packs a decent punch. I ordered the synthetic as well because I plan the use it in pesting and hunting with the .25 and I don’t like having to worry about scratching a nice stock. Anyone have one of the compacts to let me know what to expect?

Well I have a birthday coming up 😛 (my wife says all year round) and a .177 Compact might just be in the cards. Anyone have one? I already have the std .22.
Sooo…. How is it?
I actually don’t remember what the FPS was as its been about 5 weeks since I last shot and had the chrony out. I believe it was up around 880 or so and I do remember getting 5 full mags out of a fill; maybe even a 6th. Mine is a 22 and it is a lot of fun to shoot. The 3″ shorter length is a huge difference from the standard and 25 cals. Nice gun. I don’t think it will disappoint anyone.
How about FPS and shot count? I love the little air guns. Is it in .177? I see it is 2.5″ shorter than the std.
I’m the wrong person to ask because I don’t care. I can shoot canons where I am so sound is not an issue. Also, I have convenient hearing or so everyone tells me so I really don’t have a clue. I shoot, it goes bang and then thud. Job done. 😀
What is the sound level like on the compact? That shroud looks small.
You’ll love it. I got one a few months back and I’m hitting 1″ targets at 75 yards all day long. Incredibly accurate and hits the target with authority. Good luck!

I’ve had mine for several months now and have no regrets. It gives up very little in accuracy and the report is only slightly louder than my friends longer barreled shrouded full-size air rifle. The shortness makes for fast handling and is convenient for storage and transporting. Its a blast to shoot, plus mine has also been rock solid reliable with almost a 1000 rds put though it. Bullpups rule!
