The boat has landed and my starlock fasteners should be here today. Evgeny sent me several on July 23rd and should arrive shortly. I had to jerryrig my Vulcan so that I could keep shooting it.

:8:

I just got a reply from Evgeny. I asked him what size starlock was, and his reply to me was, I have replacements in the mail to you.
What a guy!

Nope none…………

No luck Zonk … sorry … found 3 but they’re ID is .25″ american size.

Thanks Greg. Bummer they won’t get here any quicker.

Here you go Zonk …… (.2″= 5.08mm)

5mm x 14mm Quicklock Starlock Star

…. more vendors to choose from here too, but like the above unknown origins could be China and ETA will be longer ?

… in the mean time I’ll l@@k into my small part boxes, jeepers what a mess ~

The pin holding the hammer in places measures 0.200″ meaning it’s a .5mm Starlock fastener. Went to four hardwares today, none had what I needed. The smallest they had was still to big.
E-bay 10, .5mm starlocks $2.34 free shipping. Bad news is it’ll take 3 to 4 weeks to get here 🙁

Thanks Greg I’ll do that today. Being everything else is metric I’m assuming it is.

I’m assumming it’s metric ?
Might take the washer in to your local hardware store for a good match.

You could do a Amizon scerch with M? in front of starlock fasteners.
Hope someone could chime in on the right size to buy………

Nice shooting by the way ! :8:
