25 Cal Velocities
Does anyone out there have data on the new Airforce 25 cal bbl and what their velocites are in the SS Talon or Condor?

Charlie, those Eunjins are shit, give them up.
I put in a heavier spring this afternoon and my bronze bushing hammer I bought at Ace hardware for less than $3.50. I think the hammer weighs 85 to 90 grams.
I got 950FPS at 3100 PSI and a lot of 1 inch groups at 35 yards. I had several groups, actually most, that had 4 shots into 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch, so I guess I am in the ball park.
I also had a few fliers, these pellets are such poor quality, some will not go into the chamber, I have my trigger set too light for the spring tension, and had it slam my thumb nail.

I had one pellet that was just half a pellet and two that had the heads so fucked up they would not go in at all.
I suppose if I sorted them accuracy would improve.

I too have the same results as Roach the kings are absolute tack drivers. My fill pressure has to be down to shoot them sub -sonic. Tony told me to give the bengi domes a try because he has been impressed with their quality and consistent performance. I’m going to try them but as of yet the kings are king of accuracy in my gun. It’s only a guess, I think the skirt being so thin allows the air to expand it better to conform to the barrel. The quality of the pellets are better than most in my experience also.

Most of the folks that I talk to about the Kings say keep them in the mid 900 for the best accuracy.
I just ordered another 4 tins yesterday.

.3 inch groups at 50 yards and 1 inch at a hundred, that sounds great! i havent tried the kings yet but now iam sure as hell going to buy some tins. 😀 i was thinking of getting some tins a while back but i didnt do to the weight. but now that you mention how accurate they are iam going to try them out!
With mine it seems that the lighter pellets like Kings are the best, I get in the .3’s at 50 and under an inch at 100 yards, but in the mid 900’s.
However Kodiaks and the 43 grain EJ’s just do not cut it at higher velocities and actually the EJ’s at any velocity, which is frustrating and a real disappointment.
I have tired two different hammers, three different frames and two different springs and one spacer, and every combination there of, but the 43 grainers are a no go. I am thinking of trying a BSA barrel and put it on another frame.
This thing is such a tack driver with the Kings so I think I will leave it as is.
I am even considering a Sumatra 25, I really would like to get accuracy and power like you have.
RJ Porter has a real powserhouse 25 but I think it is one Tony built.

25 to 30 yards. i get 1 inch groups to 1 1/2 inch groups at 50 yards
And that would be at what range?
At 50 yards I am 2 to 3 inches.

the 43 grain pellets shoot very well in my rifle i can put them in the same hole every time. so far they have been shooting well even on high power
My full tuned AAA Condor shoots the 43 gr eun jins at 980 fps with pw at 6. They seem to have a lot of fliers in each tin I’ve used. I’ve found pellets with air pocket defects in every tin I opened. They do shoot better out of my gun at slower speeds.
What kind of accuracy do you get with the 43 grainers?

i have a 21inch .25 cal barrel i got from tony. i can shoot 31 grain kodiaks at around 1020 – 1045 fps on high power with my condor. if i use the 42 grain pellets i can get around 950-970 fps at full power

i have the same problem with the eun jins in my .22. they suck as far as accuracy goes i can’t hit shit with them. but for some reason they shoot great in .25, but one thing that sucks is that they fit very tight in my .25 cal barrel. my thumb gets sore after shooting them
