OK, I’m a drooling moron and didn’t understand that he was looking for OD. I was thinking groove diameter. 😳

Welcome Slipshot! I’m sure that you will find some familiar and friendly former TOG members here. I found this forum just after it was formed and didn’t know of any of the BS that led to the formation of the TAG. (Lucky Me!)

I think that’s Walter’s cordial way of saying hello. If anyone could give you a straight answer to your question, it would be Walter…if he feels like it? I guess this time he didn’t. Oh well.

I measured a .25 Crow Magnum…it measures 0.253″. I also measured a JSB King….it’s 0.254″. Usually a the groove diameter is 0.001″ less than the nominal projectile diameter.

Hopefully, sonmeone with better information, but equally as friendly will chime in with a better answer. :tag:

steve, he was asking about barrel diameter and source.
diameter was answered already 🙂

Airforce offers .25cal now as well.

They vary. There is no OEM .25 barrel for these riffles so you have to make your own out of a blank or get some one to make it for you. The blanks are available in various sizes from a few different manufactures. Talon tunes in the link above sell them ready to fit the gun.
