I did a lot of experimenting with different pellets with my 25 Marauder, For some reason I just have stuck with the JSB pellets with my 22 and 25 crickets , I guess when the new wears off I will start experimenting, Both my guns have been through Ernest tuning ,
I really like the sound of the 25 hitting its target at 38 yards (sparrow, euro dove,) Soon I will try the Crow hollow point mags, and the H&N Hunters, Polymags, Got a lot in stock but just love my JSBs
The 22 is one fine pellet, but the 25 is just a killer, And this is coming from a guy that two years ago that would have nothing but a 177 as it was not about size it was shot placement…
The 25 Marauder changed everything,

The 33.95 will just make a bigger mess of the sparrows I shoot, But it may kill the Euro doves 1.1 second faster than the 25.39 gr JSB that I am using now.
As of now there is nothing that even competes with the JSB 25.39 gr pellet, But I have never tried another pellet in the 25 Cricket, Take it with a grain of salt, :smilen:

You should give the H&N Baracuda Hunter 27.47 gr. a try. They are so close to the same accurracy of the JSB 25.39 in my Cricket. I shoot lots of them @ 925 FPS. At that velocity for a small pest at 60 yards out the impact sound will echo off tree lines 200 yards away. Sparrows will explode, and a dove will drop like a rock. No point something faster. I don’t shoot domes at game. I’m too addicted to the sound and results of the hollow points.
Check out Rat sniper Slugs for a quality H.P. slug too. Just my experience anyway……Happy shootin’.

i think these look promising? 😀

I’d say without any adjustments, about 100 ± 20 fps less then what your getting with Kings.

drid,
Good question, I guess what your asking is , Example If you shoot the JSB 25.39 gr at 980 fps,
What is the fps of the 33.95 gr JSB pellet with the same gun…
I have had my .25 Cricket for about seven months I have a few different brands of Pellets but I have been so pleased with the 25,39 grain I have not even got around to trying anything else.
