25 stock fore end not long enough?
In the pics i see online, the .25 cricket stock doesnt seem to fit the 25 airtube. But, then I saw one members .22 long cricket stock looks different, longer in the for end. Why isnt that stock on all the longer rifles including the 25? I would like a 25 cricket but I think the 22 standard looks way better.

I have to agree with you. First batch of .25 were with short forearm and it looks terrible.
I have 25 that a friend sent me to test but have not gotten around to it. If the weather is permitting I will give them a shot (pun intended) tommorow….

I got the new long bulldog style from AOA for my .25:
I personally think it is the nicest design kalibr has yet to release, to me the long skeleton is a little boring looking if you get what I mean. The long bulldog however is very nice to look at and the “stepped” foregrip is very nice to hold and will no doubt make installing a bipod rail super easy.
However I get that the mag holder is not for every one and I’m sure it adds a bit of weight but as a hunting feature I absolutley love the loaded mags to be right there. Tastes may differ though :wink:, cheers

Some of the less honest retailers probably figure they can get away with using the standard stocks on people who don’t know the gun as well unless you request it. Since the long is supposedly being discontinued they’d rather get rid of the standard lengths first. Just specify which you want before buying…seen people not ask then resell their rifle bc of it. The .25s look terrible with a standard length stock!
My Dad bought a .25 with Skeleton stock from Steve at Wild West recently, and it came with the longer version of the stock which looks much more proportional to the length of the gun.
That is some weird US thing with those stocks. The importer / vendor seems to mix & match them for some reason. In Europe all the .25´s come with the proper/longer stock. If you want the long stock for the .22 you need to order it with a .25 stock.
Theres a skeleton standard and a skeleton long, most shops only seem to stock the standard. Contact Steve at WWAG he carries both ask for the long version.

I like the wooden PB stock in proper length better than i like my WST so i may need to order one of those.
