250bar fill is the new normal…

I remembered 2-3 yrs back everyone is saying only fill up to 200/210 bar. Filling more than that is bad economics. But with the all the new BP..Vulcan and Taipan… filling it up to 250bar is the new normal.

I 5’10 and weight 160 (just hit 40), its does make me sweat using the hand pump to pumps to 210bar. Cannot imagine pumping to 250bar every single time.

I’m 5’7″ 150 pounds and will be 50 next year.

I’m now filling the Slayer .357 that I’m testing now to 3600 psi that I think is just about 250 BAR,
not that bad at all and I noticed that after 3000 psi the fill per stroke really increases.

with those regulated small bores you get a ton of shots, so really, pumping between sessions can’t be that bad.
