3 Short YouTube videos, Edgun .30 .25 .22 shooting indoors
Title says it all, I posted the silly pellet trap last evening and a few people commented about how quiet the gun was so I thought I would post a few shots. I give the gun a partial fill to 220 bar and here goes. No big deal or editing at all just quick and simple.
I went back and done the same 3 shot deal with a .22 short and a .25 long and added them here for comparison. The .30 and .22 are running 885 fps, the .25 long is at 960 fps.
This fourth video is of the Freedom8 shoebox compressor being fed with the supurb !!! Rolair JC10 feeder compressor, it is all quieter in person by a good bit, as I had to camera so close it give a little bit of a false impression. I am in the shop out here all the time with it running and it is quite tolerable.

I think my 25 long is doing 230, I just put 1 or 2 through chrony from memory, .22 is 885 ish like the 30
Isn’t this why they have remote car starters? Open the garage then start the car 🙂 save you money in the long run.
Ride, all of your guns do no sound bad at all. I might’ve gotten the screamer out of the bunch. However, today I lowered my fps from 930 to 880 it made a huge difference in the sound level. Even with my LDC on, at 930 fps it was still loud. Neil is making me a bigger LDC to handle all the air.
SeCoda, I keep two little portable heaters out there and they cycle on and off even set on the lowest setting but to answer your question, I am not sure what It costs but it is worth it to me to have all that extra man cave type space and the wife likes the house decluttered as a result so it was an easy sell too !!

The reason I ask is my silly wife asked me to heat our three car garage in the winter so her car was warm in the morning and I told her that was insane. Of course I work from home so I don’t really care about it but….

Ride your about the same temperature as where I live. Is it expensive to heat your garage like that?

WOW…. Hats off to you ED on the shroud. I had to make a video of me shooting my gun in the garage to compare. That thing is quiet, May even be mousefart quiet!!!

While i was messing with videos tonight I thought I would get a quick video of my F8 shoebox compressor running along with the RolAir JC 10 compressor, I think the combination is real quiet compared to the old shoebox with the manual / mechanical shut off. This RolAir compressor is 1/3 the sound of typical nail gun compressors so if you are putting it in your shop with you try one, amazing !!! Remember this video is with the camera right up close and it honestly sounds louder than it really is in person, by a good !!! bit..
