Q:

.35 cricket indexing issue !!!!!

Hi guys. My friend has a problem with indexing of the magazine. It don’t rotate fully. You have to turn it manually by hand. The gun was purchased last July. The gun have not even done a full tin of pellets. Any seen this before. Thanx

Thanx greg I will show him this !!!!

There is a few things that you can check Drid.

Make sure the indexing block is not loose, this is the hex that needs to be checked/tight.

Also the cocking/indexing lever can bend from heavy use, if so u can order a replacement from AoA.
Sometimes caused by a cheek piece the slid back without knowing and rubbed up against the mag while advancing/cocking.

I also removed the indexing pin on both of my Cricket and buff then to a mirror finish then reinstalled them with some Moly lube.
It make for a friction free indexing and will take some load off and help prevent the indexing lever from bending.

Thanx for the reply. His .25 cricket works brilliant. But the .35 you have to manually turn it a couple of Mil.

Ok, i noticed that when my Gun was already cocked, but no ammo, it was very easy to bring back the cocking lever all the way back, however the last few millimeters were not, so when I had a mag in (Gun still cocked) it was easy to pull back the lever but the mag did not fully rotate. It only rotated fully if I gave that extra pull at the end. Hope my rambling makes sense.

I have a feeling this is not his problem though.

Is he really pulling the lever all the way back? Sometimes that last bit at the end that fully rotates the mag needs extra force giving the false sense that you fully cocked the gun when you in fact did not
